pleasant stay but needs cleanliness improvements
The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing my wife to rest as she needed. I appreciated having a fridge in the room, useful for keeping our drinks cool. I also noticed the hotel's close proximity to popular sites.

clean hotel in a nice old building just off airport and the city center of the new town. very amiable staff, quiet and cosy room with balcony, heating plus 3 single beds. handy and comfortable location, in an entirely pedestrianized area.
No lift at all.

The location is vibrant, with easy access to cafes, bars, and shops. Excellent Wi-Fi and a variety of TV channels added comfort to the stay.
The room felt cramped, with outdated furnishings, noticeable nicotine marks, and persistent cigarette burns on surfaces.

Great location. Receptionist was very sweet (on arrival) Next morning, a more chilly (new) receptionist with very little hospitality training it appeared. Not much by way of charm.
The breakfast was woeful. Tired eggs, dry bread, cheap condiments and dirty tablecloths... bad way to start the day.

Wifi is not throughout hotel as claimed. Hotel is dirty. The staff are rude. The breakfast is a disgrace. If the rate was half the price for the room then it would equate to the value received, unfortunately this is not the case.

Cozy room with a nice balcony view. Location rocked for exploring the city, just a short walk from the Old City sites. Only downside was the older vibe of the hotel, but it didn't ruin the experience.

Really friendly and excellent staff, they made my day!!
Liked a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast available was delicious and great with the filtered water, freshly made salads and also boiled potatoes. The staff were ready to help all the time.
